Delete your Vybaa account

You can permanently delete your account from the app or send us a deletion request if you can no longer sign in.

Delete it in the app

  1. 1. Open Vybaa and go to Profile.
  2. 2. Open Settings.
  3. 3. Select Delete account and confirm the request.

This is the fastest option because you are already signed in and your identity is verified.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request

Email us from the address associated with your Vybaa account. Include your username if you remember it. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Request account deletion

Requests are handled by vybaa.app@gmail.com. Never send us your password.

What deletion includes

Deletion removes your Vybaa account and associated personal data, including your profile, goals and check-ins, Journal and Rewind records, achievements, notifications, and community participation. Content or records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage active subscriptions through your device's store settings.
